What payment options do you accept?
We recommend saving time by purchasing your tickets online ahead of time. At the ticket office we will accept all major forms of payment including cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc.

How long does it take to go through?
Our show begins in the lobby with fog, lights, experiences, and interactive actors. That experience can take 15-20 minutes. Once you enter the attraction, your experience will last an additional 20-25 minutes.

How long is the wait tonight?
As it gets closer to Halloween the line to enter the attraction gets longer. The line generally spans from a few minutes, to an hour or more right around Halloween. We offer skip the line passes and VIP passes if you would like to expedite your entry into the attraction.

Is Twisted Crypt Handicap Accesible
Twisted Crypt is fully handicap accessible via mobility scooters or wheelchairs.

It's raining, are you open?
Twisted Crypt Haunted House is an all-indoor attraction in a climate controlled environment. On busier nights, our line extends outside the building but it is under cover.

Is parking available?
The parking lot is large enough to accommodate all guests. Parking is free.

Is the attraction appropriate for 'x' age?
We consider Twisted Crypt to be PG-13 in content. Our actors avoid verbiage and situations beyond a PG-13 rating.

Do you offer refunds?
Twisted Crypt does not offer refunds on tickets.

Do you offer group discounts?
Please reach out via Email/Social Media/Phone for information as group discounts are handled on a case by case basis.

Can I wear a costume to the attraction?
No masks or props are allowed in the attraction, please leave those at home or in the car. Items such as decorative headbands, glow bracelets, costume shirts, etc. are generally allowed unless there is a larger issue with the item. Impersonation of a scare actor or scaring guests while at the attractions is strictly prohibited.

Is it safe?
Yes, Twisted Crypt has a dedicated security team monitoring the attraction at all times. Guests entering the attraction are metal wanded for your safety and our safety. Please leave pocket knives, etc. in the car. Medical response staff are available on-site for emergencies. The attraction complies with all state and local safety regulations and undergoes regular inspections.

Can I take photo/video?
Photos and videos outside or in the lobby are always encouraged. Photos/video inside the attraction is prohibited.

Is there a public restroom?
Port-a-potty toilets are available onsite.
